On May 9, 2026, Taskira Newspaper honored Insp. Bashir A. Umar, Prosecutor at the Upper Customary Court, GRA, Sabon Gari, Zaria, in recognition of his dedication, integrity, and outstanding service in the discharge of his duties.
The award presentation ceremony was held at the Youth Centre in Tudun Wada, Zaria, drawing dignitaries, colleagues, family members, and well-wishers who gathered to celebrate the achievement.
