Taskira Newspaper has honoured the Registrar of the Customary Court, Kings Road, Sabon Gari Zaria, Hajiya Halima Abubakar Imam, in recognition of her contributions and dedicated service to the community through her official responsibilities.
The award presentation took place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at the Youth Centre in Tudun Wada, Zaria, and was attended by family members, friends, associates, and well-wishers from within and outside the city.
Speaking shortly after receiving the award, Hajiya Halima Abubakar Imam expressed her appreciation to Taskira Newspaper for the recognition, describing it as an encouragement to continue serving humanity with dedication and commitment.
She noted that public service is a responsibility that requires honesty, integrity, and accountability, adding that she remains committed to upholding these values in the discharge of her duties.
