The Managing Director of S. Usman Estate Construction & Co. Ltd, Alhaji Sale Usman, has advised young people to embrace vocational skills and business ventures, no matter how small, in order to become self-reliant and capable of taking care of their families.

Sale Usman, whose office is located at Zangon Shanu in Sabon Gari Local Government Area of Kaduna State, made this known during an interaction with journalists at his office.

Alhaji Sale Usman stated that it is very important for young people in today’s society to rise up with determination and commitment to acquiring vocational skills, so that they can have a means of livelihood and also be able to support others.

He emphasized the importance of youths becoming responsible and respectable individuals who can be a source of pride in society. According to him, the most important value they should uphold in their lives is the fear of Allah in their hearts.
He also noted that it is necessary for the government, at various levels, to put in place policies and programmes that will support youths in different aspects of life.

Alhaji Sale Usman expressed gratitude to Allah for the opportunities He has given him despite his young age, saying that this has helped him earn a lawful living and gain the trust and acceptance of community leaders.

He confirmed that before commencing their business operations, they ensured that all necessary legal documents and approvals were obtained in order to avoid problems and to uphold honesty and integrity in their dealings.

He added that the business of house renting and land sales is a legitimate, transparent and reliable venture, which is carried out in line with established rules and regulations, although it sometimes faces certain challenges.

Consequently, he called on local government authorities to cooperate with them to enable the smooth and orderly conduct of their business activities.

Similarly, some traditional rulers and community leaders expressed confidence
in the contributions of Alhaji Sale Usman to the area, attesting to his good character, integrity and respect for the people.

The Chairman of the Elders Community Security Forum in Zango, Muhammad Ahmed Muhammad, commended the young entrepreneur for his positive conduct, particularly his efforts in reducing the prevalence of drug abuse in the area.
